Victor can deliver to audiences both large and small sharing his depth of knowledge and experience from a Bininj perspective as a Traditional owner representing the Minitja clan in Kakadu, as an Indigenous tourism business owner and operator, as a Kakadu National Park Ranger and as a former member of the Kakadu Board of Management.
