Customer Cancellation Policy

• Less than 4 days notice prior to departure or in the event of a 'no- show'- 100% cancellation fee will be charged.

• 4-7 days notice prior to departure - 50% cancellation fee will be charged.

• 8 days notice or more prior to departure - No penalty for cancellation.

Application of cancellation policy is at the discretion of the operator.

Operator Cancellations

Whilst every effort is made to advise guests in a timely manner, there may be times when Ayal Aboriginal Tours and may be cancelled without prior notice due to cultural reasons or conditions beyond the operator's control. A full refund will be provided in this instance.
